(KRON) – The Oakland Police Department is asking for community assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl named Jozeryah Kirkendall.  OPD said Jozeryah was last seen on Jan. 2 in the 1900 block of Telegraph Avenue. Jozeryah was wearing a black “Scarface” T-shirt and light blue jeans, according to authorities.  Photo: Jozeryah Kirkendall Missing woman, 33, last seen in Oakland Jan. 1 Jozeryah is described as a Black teenage girl. She is 5 foot 3 inches and around 186 pounds. Police said she currently has red and black braids. Jozeryah also has brown eyes.  Anyone with information regarding Jozeryah’s whereabouts is asked to contact the OPD Missing Person Unit at (510) 238-3641.
