JANESVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) - An 18-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested on Friday after a three-month investigation into allegations of child exploitation. The Janesville Police Department reports that Nathaniel Rapson was taken into custody in the 2000 block of North Sumac Drive. The investigation began in November 2024, following an anonymous tip claiming Rapson had shown sexually explicit photos of a juvenile female on his cell phone. A cell phone in Rapson’s possession was examined, revealing images of child pornography.
