ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — A poll released this week shows 43% of Allen County voters support bringing a casino to New Haven, while 41% oppose it, and 17% are unsure. Opponents quickly dismissed the poll as misleading. Among those who said they were more informed, support for the $500 million proposal rose to 54%, with 36% against, though the poll has a 6% margin of error. Support was even higher among New Haven residents, but the margin of error was also larger.
