Economists projected the U.S. to gain 155,000 jobs and hold the jobless rate at 4.2 percent, according to consensus estimates. With just 10 days left in office, Biden is expected to tout his administration's work to boost the economy. "Despite inheriting an economic crisis, we built back our economy from the middle out and bottom up," Biden wrote Friday morning on social platform X.
