MARCY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision announced that four more employees involved in the death of inmate Robert Brooks at Marcy Correctional Facility have been issued Notices of Discipline. Another employee resigned before the Notice of Discipline was issued, bringing the number of employees involved to 18. Gov.
