CHELSEA, Mass. (WWLP) - A Chelsea man is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Bonus 100X” instant ticket game.
Massachusetts woman plans to invest $1M lottery prize
David Soucy chose the annuity option and received the first of 20 annual payments of $50,000, before taxes. Soucy said that he plans to go on vacation with his winnings.

The winning ticket was purchased at Nouria on Lakeside Ave in Marlborough, which will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
The “Bonus 100X” is a $10 scratch ticket that launched on June 4th.
