CHELSEA, Mass. (WWLP) - A Chelsea man is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Bonus 100X” instant ticket game. Massachusetts woman plans to invest $1M lottery prize David Soucy chose the annuity option and received the first of 20 annual payments of $50,000, before taxes. Soucy said that he plans to go on vacation with his winnings. Massachusetts Lottery The winning ticket was purchased at Nouria on Lakeside Ave in Marlborough, which will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket. The “Bonus 100X” is a $10 scratch ticket that launched on June 4th.
