HARDEEVILLE, SC – The City of Hardeeville Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department announced Friday that the JuJu Hutson Park playground located in the Richard Gray Recreation Complex will close on Monday, January 13, 2025. The closure will allow the city to begin Phase II of the JuJu Hutson Park Project which will add a pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms, more open space, and permanent fencing to the park. The project will be completed by Beaufort Construction. The park will remain closed until the construction is completed. The project is currently estimated to be completed in June 2025.
