MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Downed power lines have caused traffic delays in Southeast Memphis early Friday morning during the ongoing winter storm. Fire crews say a vehicle hit two utility poles near Shelby Drive and Lamar Avenue a little after 6 a.m. All lanes of traffic are blocked while they make repairs.
