According to the Oshkosh Police Department, authorities responded to a weapons complaint at a retail store in the 100 block of North Washburn Street around 8:45 a.m. on January 9.

After an investigation, officers say the man allegedly loaded a firearm and shot it. The incident did not end with any injuries but did result in property damage.
