Driving complaint leads to midday arrest of Neenah woman for 5th OWI

FREEDOM, Wis. (WFRV) - A woman from Neenah was arrested for her 5th OWI around noon on Thursday after a driving complaint reported her going 20 mph under the speed limit and deviating from the lane.
According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post, 40-year-old Ashley L. Lulloff was arrested around 12:05 p.m. on January 9 for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Authorities say drug paraphernalia was also found in her vehicle.

The incident began shortly before noon when the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office got a driving complaint for a northbound vehicle on State Highway 55 from County Highway S in Outagamie County.
The caller stated that Lulloff was reportedly driving 35 in a 55 mph zone and was allegedly unable to stay within its lane.
With help from local deputies, a State Trooper spotted Lulloff at a gas station in Freedom around 12:05 p.m. Authorities say they noticed indicators of impairment, arresting Lulloff for her 5th OWI offense after an investigation.

A legal blood draw was obtained at a local hospital. The incident remains under investigation, pending blood sample results.
