(KRON) -- Sam Altman, the CEO of leading AI company OpenAI, denied claims made by his sister Annie Altman that he sexually assaulted her multiple times. Annie filed a lawsuit in a Missouri court on Monday. Annie Altman says that Sam sexually assaulted her between 1997 and 2006. When the alleged assaults began, Sam was 12 and Annie was 3. She says they continued until she was 12 years old and Sam was an adult. Annie Altman describes the alleged sexual assaults in detail, which KRON4 will not include. He said Annie is facing mental health challenges. "Our family loves Annie and is very concerned about her well-being," the statement said. "Caring for a family member who faces mental health challenges is incredibly difficult."
