(KRON) -- A 10-year-old girl from Maryland was visiting the Bay Area earlier this week. According to the Alameda Police Department (APD), Zola Ghafouri is now reported missing and was last seen with her father, Samir, on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Ghafouri picked up his daughter before her scheduled return flight home, APD said. As of Thursday afternoon, Zola was not returned, and she missed her flight. Zola stands 4-foot-9 and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. The girl was last seen in a BMW X5 SUV with a California license plate 9RHN375, according to police.
