The NFL announced on Thursday that it is moving the Rams’ playoff opener against the Minnesota Vikings from SoFi Stadium to State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, as yet more fires broke out across Southern California. The decision came Thursday afternoon shortly after the Kenneth fire broke out in West Hills, mere miles away from the Rams’ practice facility in Woodlands Hills. Many players, coaches and team employees live in the region near the fire. The game between the Rams (10-7) and the Vikings (14-3) will still start at 5 p.m. from its new site in Arizona, and will still be broadcast on ESPN and ABC as scheduled.
