BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The U.S. Marshals Task Force is attempting to locate a parolee and is asking Kern County residents to be on the lookout.
Luis Ibarra-Mendez, 37, is on parole for indecent exposure, according to U.S. Marshals. He has a criminal history that includes child molestation, resisting arrest, being drunk in public and failing to register as a sex offender.

Marshals describe Ibarra-Mendez to be 5 feet, 6 inches tall and about 170 pounds. He has been known to have ties to the Modesto and Bakersfield areas.
