KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- With the next home of the Chiefs still being largely up-in-the-air, the Chiefs and CSL International (a third-party research firm) announced they're sending out email surveys to more than 300,000 people. Back in November, The Chiefs announced its partnership with CSL to gather input from Chiefs Kingdom. In December, CSL conducted focus groups and individual interviews as well. Travis Kelce wins Charity Challenge for NFL Man of the Year award "As we continue exploring options and zeroing in on the decision that will be best for the organization and our fans in the long-term, the next step in the process is to gather stakeholder input on various aspects of the stadium experience – whether that’s as part of a renovation or a new build,” Chiefs President Mark Donovan said in a statement back in November. CSL and the Chiefs claim that the survey will ask past attendees of Chiefs games and other Arrowhead events to provide background information, information about how they engage with the team and more. Additional components of the survey include feedback on the in-stadium experience, like existing features and new concepts that other teams across the NFL have used. Respondents will receive two links via their email, with one being specifically for questions about a new stadium and the other for questions about renovations at Arrowhead.
