Teddy Swims and his girlfriend, fellow musician Raiche Wright, are expecting their first child together. Wright, who became romantically linked with the “The Voice” alum last year, shared the baby news on Instagram Wednesday, posting a series of snapshots of the couple on a beach. One image shows them lounging with her pregnant belly on full display. “We can’t wait to meet you, baby,” the singers wrote in the joint caption. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) Swims, 32, confirmed he was dating Wright during an interview on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show” last summer. “She does what I do, which is great,” he said. “Because it’s like maybe 3 a.m. and I’m calling her and she’s like ‘Yeah, yeah I’m in a session. I’m recording vocals.’ And I’m like, ‘Girl, yeah, handle your business, baby.’” Just hours before the pregnancy news, Swims also took to social media to shower his “sweet girl” with wishes on her 29th birthday. “You are truly divine feminine,” he wrote on Instagram. “You are the most perceptive and caring person I’ve ever met. You’re so beautiful inside and out. So nurturing yet so tough. You coddle me and challenge me. I’m looking forward to loving you forever and ever and I’m so thankful and lucky to call you mine.” The YouTube singing sensation was spotted with Wright at a Grammys event early last year. She began joining him on his tour in May, and also shared covers of their duets on social media. Swims’ white-hot music career hit a high note when “Lose Control” finally made it to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart after 32 weeks — making history for the longest climb to top spot for a male solo artist. The soulful song was ranked as the Hot 100 Song of the Year.
