SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A convicted sex offender is back behind bars in Sioux Falls, accused of re-offending. Court: Beaudion Jr. competent for trial 41-year-old Walter Perrin was convicted of possessing child pornography in 2010. He's charged with possessing child porn again. This time he faces 28-counts. Walter Perrin Perrin was booked into jail on Wednesday. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance Thursday afternoon in Minnehaha County.
