OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond's office has confirmed the arrest of an additional 10 Most Wanted list on Thursday. According to the AG's office, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) arrested Donovan Ray in Bryan County on January 3 after receiving a 30 tips on his potential location. Ray, is facing charges for the 2017 rape of a 12-year-old girl.
