Wisconsin man indicted on drug trafficking and possession charges

HAYWARD, Wis. (WFRV) - A Hayward man has been indicted on multiple charges, including allegedly maintaining a drug trafficking establishment, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Nathanial Z. Johnson faces the following charges:

The indictment alleges that Johnson possessed methamphetamine, fentanyl, and psilocin and maintained a drug trafficking premises on Aug. 5, 2024.
If convicted of possessing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, Johnson faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 40 years. The fentanyl charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years, and the charge of maintaining a drug trafficking premises also carries a maximum of 20 years.

Johnson is scheduled for a final pretrial hearing on Feb. 19, 2025, at 10 a.m., with a two-day jury trial set for March 4–5, 2025.
