What We’re Tracking Increasing clouds Thursday Snow showers overnight into Friday Moderating temperatures by the weekend We're starting off in the 10s this morning with light breezes and clear skies. Sunshine is expected through the first part of our Thursday before cloud cover builds in ahead of our next system later today. Afternoon highs will warm up closer to freezing in the lower 30s. A storm system will move to our south tonight into early Friday could clip us with some passing areas of light snow, but that should quickly pass by us. The brunt of that storm completely misses our viewing area. Southern counties will have the best shot at getting any accumulations but those further north could very well get a light dusting. Snow should move out before daybreak Friday as we clear out into the afternoon. Highs should continue to stay around freezing in the lower 30s. By the weekend, temperatures should be climbing just above freezing for a couple hours each day. Combining that with some sunshine and we will start the slow process of melting some of our snowpack.
