FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — A Fresno County man needs to be laid to rest - but the sheriff's office says they need to find his family first. The Fresno County Sheriff's Office says they are searching for the relatives of 71-year-old Thomas Howard Lucas. Deputies say staff at the coroner’s office have searched numerous personal records, but they have been unable to find any of Lucas' relatives.
