Plymouth Police retrieve fugitive from Tennessee, charged for larceny

PLYMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Plymouth Police Department said officers have caught and arrested a suspect, who has been wanted since 2023, after traveling to Tennessee.
Antonio Taylor, of Memphis, TN, was charged with larceny from person and larceny under $250 from someone over the age of 60 and disabled.
According to police, Taylor and his co-defendant traveled to Massachusetts in 2023 to commit the crime.
Members of the Plymouth Police Detective Division went to Tennessee to bring Taylor back to the state.
Officials announced on Wednesday that Taylor was returned to Plymouth.
Taylor was scheduled to be arraigned at Plymouth District Court on Wednesday.
“The Plymouth Police Department takes crimes committed against our citizens seriously and our department works tirelessly to bring those who commit these crimes to justice,” Plymouth police said.
