Preliminary report released for fatal Kamaka Air crash According to reports, a 59-year-old male motorcyclist was driving westbound on Ala Wai Boulevard. A 53-year-old sedan driver, also driving westbound, attempted to change lanes when he hit the motorcyclist. Paramedics arrived at the scene and took the motorcyclist to an area hospital in critical condition. Officials said he was not wearing a helmet. Officials said the 53-year-old sedan driver was uninjured and remained at the scene.
