These Central Valley firefighters are going to L.A. County to battle the wildfires

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE)—Firefighters from all over the Central Valley will be joining firefighters from Fresno to assist personnel in Southern California as they work to control the multitude of wildfires burning in Los Angeles County.

Firefighters from Porterville going to help fight the Palisades Fire
The Fresno Fire Department announced on Tuesday that its crew members were also going to assist with extinguishing the wildfires.
The series of wildfires, which has claimed two lives and destroyed more than 1,000 structures as of Wednesday morning, currently consists of four distinct named wildfires: the Eaton Fire, the Palisades Fire, the Hurst Fire and the Woodley Fire.
