(KRON) -- A 22-year-old Corte Madera man who died from a suspected drug overdose was identified by officials on Wednesday as Zachary Ethan Colety. On the morning of January 4, Central Marin Police Authority officers received a report of an unconscious man inside a vehicle on Sunnyside Avenue in Corte Madera. Colety was pronounced dead at the scene. A coroner determined that Colety's death was a suspected opioid overdose, according to the Marin County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators did not say if the drug involved was fentanyl or a different type of opioid. Both Beltran and Peters are facing charges including voluntary manslaughter and furnishing a controlled substance resulting in great bodily injury. Beltran and Peters were booked into the Marin County Jail with bail set at $100,000 each.
