(KSNW) -- It's been nearly a month since 48-year-old Christian Zelenka was struck and killed by a vehicle in southeast Wichita. Police are hoping someone will come forward with information about the hit-and-run crash that took his life. It happened on Wednesday, Dec. 11, around 6 p.m. near the intersection of Washington and Mount Vernon Street. Wichita police say Zelenka was trying to cross the street when he was hit. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Scammers use Amazon claim to get $15K from Wichita man Police indicated initially that a gray or silver sedan had struck him that left westbound on Mt. Vernon. The case remains unsolved.
