TAUNTON, Mass. (WWLP) - A Taunton woman is the lucky winner of the third and final $1 million grand prize in the "Waves of Cash" instant ticket game. Christiane Freitas opted for the cash option on the prize ticket, which is a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. Freitas said she plans to invest her winnings. The store will be receiving a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
