According to BCSO, items found within the vehicle and statements from Draper "indicated suspicious activity." The females, who had left the vehicle before the stop, were also interviewed, leading deputies to suspect they were victims of trafficking.
Draper, 21, was charged with promoting prostitution. He, the women, and the rental vehicle were all linked to the Fresno/Clovis area in California, BCSO stated in a news release.
