EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - Due to inclement weather, some schedule changes will occur across the Borderland on Thursday, Jan. 9. Las Cruces Public Schools Las Cruces Public Schools will begin all classes two hours later than regular start times on Thursday, Jan. 9. Bus schedules will be adjusted accordingly.   Gadsden Independent School District Gadsden ISD will operate on a two-hour delay for both students and staff on Thursday. We will update this story as we get new information about closures or delays in the Borderland. Third Judicial District Court There will be a two-hour delay on Thursday, for the Third Judicial District Court and the Doña Ana County Magistrate Courts located in Las Cruces, NM, and in Anthony, NM. Clint Independent School District Clint ISD will implement a delayed start on Thursday. The school buildings will be open at regular times to accommodate families who need to drop off children before the delayed start time, Clint ISD said. Breakfast will be available throughout the arrival time. The following delayed times will be for different schools: Elementary schools - 9:20 a.m. Middle schools - 10:20 a.m. Clint High School, Mountain View High School and DAEP - 10:30 a.m. Horizon High School - 11 a.m. Clint Early College High School - 10 a.m.
