The City of Caldwell will pay The Car Park $175,000, following the cancellation of a downtown paid parking program. As Idaho News 6 reported, downtown paid parking began in May, but the Caldwell City Council terminated operations with The Car Park last fall, with the contract expiring on Sept. 30. Now, the City says The Park Park will remove and re-sell the meters and the equipment.
