BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The Bismarck Larks have released their schedule for their ninth Northwoods League season. The first game kicks off on Wednesday, May 28, at 7:05 p.m., against St. Cloud Rox, then the team will have 36 home games at the Bismarck Municipal Ballpark. The theme for this summer's season is "On Cloud 9," since they're celebrating their ninth year, it also represents their optimism and dedication to bringing fans the best experience. "This theme celebrates our joy as we continue building the best experience possible for families, businesses, players, and our community," explained John Bollinger, the Larks CEO and owner, in a statement. Field manager Mark Weidmaier is eagerly awaiting the opening day of his second season with the team. "We're looking forward to our 2025 schedule with great anticipation, and I encourage everybody to come out and support us this season," Weidmaier said in a statement. "We'll be competing against our in-state rivals from Minot and the Badlands, and we'll even face a few Wisconsin teams. See you at the ballpark!" One injured, arrested in chase in Bismarck The 2025 season has 12 home rivalry games against the Minot Hot Tots and Badlands Big Sticks. The season will end on August 9 at 6:35 p.m. against the Willmar Stingers. Officials say the best way to guarantee a spot at the must-be-at games is with the Family Flock Plan.
