BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating an at-risk missing 11-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday afternoon. Nicoless Rice, 11, was last seen leaving Casa Loma Elementary School, located at 525 East Casa Loma Drive, around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the police department, Rice is considered at risk due to his age and no prior reported history of missing. Photo of Nicoless Rice, 11, provided by the Bakersfield Police Department. Rice is described as 5 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. According to police, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and white shoes. Anyone with information on Rice's whereabouts is asked to contact the police department at 661-327-7111.
