BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating an at-risk missing 11-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday afternoon. Nicoless Rice, 11, was last seen leaving Casa Loma Elementary School, located at 525 East Casa Loma Drive, around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Rice is described as 5 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. According to police, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and white shoes.
