TEHACHAPI, Calif. (KGET) -- The Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra is looking for a few talented musicians to join its team. The Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra is an award-winning orchestra that has performed in the Greater Tehachapi Area, the surrounding communities and throughout Kern County since 1998. Led by Dr. David Newby, the TSO plays five to six free concerts each year, featuring a diverse range of professional music. The TSO is looking for musicians performing second trumpet, tuba, first oboe, percussion, harp, and strings. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings in downtown Tehachapi.
