BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Bakersfield police are asking the community to help locate a missing person last seen on Jan. 7. Jaime Lucas Cortez, 39, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, in the 700 block of 8th Street, according to police. Cortez is considered at-risk due to medical conditions. Cortez is described to be 5 feet, 2 inches tall and about 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Cortez was last seen wearing blue jeans, red tennis shoes and a black jacket with a 'PINK' logo on the back.
