President Biden welcomed his first great-grandchild into the world on Wednesday after his granddaughter Naomi had a cesarean section birth in Los Angeles.  Biden, 82, is believed to be the first sitting president to be a great-grandfather while in office according to The Associated Press.  He lauded the healthy birth of a 10-pound, four-ounce boy named William Brannon Neal, IV following days of travel on official business to New Orleans and California.  The president and First Lady Jill Biden stopped by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for approximately 40 minutes to visit the newborn as the city suffered evacuation orders due to wildfires. “The good news is I’m a great-grandfather as of today,” Biden announced after a briefing held by California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection officials. Jill posted a picture with William and the president on Instagram moments after Naomi’s delivery.  Naomi is Hunter Biden's oldest daughter. “What a wonderful time for the Biden family and for White House history for President and Dr. Biden to welcome a great grandchild. Four generations of the Biden family living during this presidency is very special,” Stewart McLaurin, White House Historical Association president said in a statement to The Hill.
