CARFAX headquarters opening in Reston

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Reston Station is set to become the new home of CARFAX's corporate headquarters.
The company, which reports information about motor vehicles, including accident data, service history, type of use, and ownership histroy, said it is leasing three floors of space along Reston Metro Plaza.
The move is a relatively short one for CARFAX. Its current headquarters is in Centreville in Fairfax County.

“We are thrilled to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Reston Station,” said CARFAX CEO Bill Eager. “This move marks a pivotal moment in our company’s journey, providing us with a dynamic space that will serve as the foundation for our next phase of growth.”
Eager noted that the move to Reston Station, which the company expected to take place by the end of 2025, was meant to provide CARFAX employees with "a collaborative environment" that would help them develop "innovative, new products" for customers.
