Some of the coldest air of the season will arrive tonight as overnight lows dip into the teens and single digits in the higher elevations. Wind chill values tonight will tumble into the single digits and teens. A cold weather advisory is in place for the Blue Ridge Mountains but could be expanded later on today. A storm system in the deep south will move into the area Friday night into early Saturday providing us with the next chance of seeing light snow across the area.
