SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Over 7,000 San Diego Gas & Electric customers were reported to have their power shut off Wednesday morning as the region remains under a Red Flag Warning due to Santa Ana winds. That number could grow, with the public utility company warning that upwards of 58,000 customers have the potential to be impacted.
