HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico County residents experiencing water service issues are able to take free showers at YMCAs throughout the region, according to an announcement by the county. According to a post to social media by the county, residents must bring a photo ID, towel and toiletries when heading to one of the following YMCAs: Manchester Family YMCA, 7540 Hull Street Road Tuckahoe Family YMCA, 9211 Patterson Ave. Patrick Henry Family YMCA, 217 Ashcake Road, Ashland John Rolfe Family YMCA, 2244 John Rolfe Parkway Shady Grove Family YMCA, 11255 Nuckols Road, Glen Allen Chester Family YMCA, 3011 West Hundred Road The county added that there may be a brief wait for shower access depending on demand. Information on hours of operations are available on branch websites or via each branch’s Facebook page. The following locations, however, remain closed until the water limitations are resolved: 10th Street YMCA Atlee Station Family YMCA in Mechanicsville Chickahominy Family YMCA in Sandston Downtown YMCA Northside Family YMCA Thornton YMCA Aquatic Center
