PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- A woman is critically hurt after a shooting on Wednesday morning in Portsmouth, police said. Around 8:05 a.m., Portsmouth police responded to a call for a shooting in the 2800 block of Airline Boulevard.   Upon arrival, officers found a woman suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
