CHESTERFIELD, Ind. — A Chesterfield man was arrested after he allegedly molested a nine-year-old child. Jonathan David Nugent, 34, was arrested for the following; Child Molestation Child Solicitation Domestic Battery, adult against family or member less than 14 years Jonathan Nugent According to court documents, officers were notified in late Nov. 2024 regarding an alleged molestation that reportedly occurred in April of 2024. Nugnet is accused of exposing himself, among several other graphic things. He is also accused of hitting the child and threatening to attack him again if he told anyone. The extreme graphic nature of this alleged attack has led to several redacted details.
