ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The driver of a Rochester city snowplow truck was hit by another driver on Lake Avenue Tuesday night, according to police. Officers were called to the scene near Latta Road just after 9 p.m.

Police announced that a 72-year-old woman was attempting to drive around the truck when she hit the man. The Greece woman was issued traffic citations.
