Cicero woman charged after making Uturn that killed motorcyclist

Cicero, N.Y. — A Cicero woman was charged Monday after deputies said she made a U-turn on a road three months ago and hit a motorcycle, killing a man.The woman, Eileen Abourouaine, 52, struck the motorcycle with her Subaru SUV at about 9 a.m. on Oct. 3 on South Bay Road, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
