Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man led police officers on car a chase through city streets Monday night before he was caught and arrested, troopers said.Around 11 p.m., troopers attempted to pull over a 2003 Toyota for tinted windows on Spencer Street in Syracuse, Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a spokesperson for the state police, said Tuesday.
