The findings revealed that Massachusetts leads the nation in enthusiasm for the alcohol-free movement, with neighboring New England states also ranking high.

Following Massachusetts, the top states for Dry January participation are New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, and Rhode Island, highlighting New England's strong embrace of the wellness-focused trend.
