Man accused of Albuquerque murder will stay behind bars until trial

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Javier Irigoyen, one of the two men accused of shooting and killing a man just days before Christmas, will remain behind bars through his trial. Police said he drove Francisco Garcia-Franco to Dallas and Menaul on December 23 before Garcia-Franco got out of the truck and fired at a car killing Steven Keliiaa. Surveillance video showed Irigoyen taking off in the truck with Garcia-Franco running away on foot.
