Zaxbys claims to be 'outPhillying Philly' with sandwich as it prepares to expand into the region

Zaxbys has brought back the 'Chicken Philly' sandwich ahead of the Southern fast food chain's expansion north into Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The restaurant has been mocking the city on social media, offering free sandwiches to people with a Philly ID in Orlando on Jan. 12 and Indianapolis on Jan. 18, coinciding with Sixers games in those cities.
