Sonny Nguyen's Gyukatsu Rose softopens at East End Market this month

Gyukatsu Rose, the newest offering from Sonny Nguyen's Small Foods Group, will at last soft-open in a few days at East End Market. As we reported back in August of last year, Gyukatsu Rose is the latest concept from Domu Founder Sonny Nguyen. It is the second-half of his Small Foods Group — along with the already-opened Rion's Ocean Room — to reside at East End Market in Audubon Park.
