Universal Studios have announced the lineup for their Mardi Gras concert series, part of (naturally) their bigger Mardi Gras-themed celebrations. The concerts start in February and run through March, boasting some surprisingly big names across genre, including Joe Jonas, Foster the People, TLC, All Time Low and T-Pain ... and Jersey Shore's Pauly D.
