Cold days continue with a few more snowflakes
Jan 07, 2025
Our evening temps will decrease through the 20s and drop to the upper teens for late night and early morning. Our light breeze from the NW may produce a scattered snow showers or two tonight with little accumulation.
Snow showers are likely to be a little more numerous, but still scattered, across the region tomorrow. Our NW winds have the potential to focus most of the snowflakes over spots to the north/northeast of Fort Wayne.
Some snow is possible Wednesday afternoon and evening. Most spots see less than 1" of accumulation. However 1"+ will be possible north/northeast of Fort Wayne in scattered areas.
This would give these locations the best chance at seeing 1" or more of snow. Most spots around NE Indiana, however, will only pick up amounts under 1".
Some snow amounts around 1" or more are possible in some scattered spots NE of Fort Wayne on Wednesday.
High temperatures continue in the 20s the rest of the week, ranging from the mid-upper 20s each day. Low temperatures will range from the upper teens to low 20s.
Another weather system brings a chance for snow on Friday. The snow starts up during the daytime and picks up at night. Accumulation amounts will only reach 1"-2" (at max) across northeast Indiana and NW Ohio.
The weekend will stay dry and cold with high temperatures in the middle to the upper 20s.
